People Communicate Differently. It is important to understand your audience and tailor your message accordingly. Learning personality styles will help you to understand not only what is important to the person you are interacting with, but also how you communicate the information to them to make it relevant and meaningful.

During this interactive session, you will learn how to quickly identify the communication style of your prospective client, client/team member within 90 seconds. This is key so that you don’t provide too much detail to a summary person, or provide a summary to the detail-oriented person.

Many of us focus on accurate bookkeeping, and our mistake is often not understanding how our client thinks. If we can customize the way we present information, we can make this more relevant and create a stronger platform of decision making and communication for our clients to be better leaders, managers and decision-makers in their organization.
