Join Carrie, Sean, and Colleen for a casual but valuable discussion on what to be aware of as you contemplate the sale of your practice now, or in the future.
After an amazing conference full of great ideas and products focused on growing your practice it may seem like a 180 to think about selling your practice right? …but all the work you’re putting into growing your practice today can be even more valuable than you might think when it comes time to sell your practice. Early is always the best time to start thinking about anything. So, with that in mind, our session will include a lot of really valuable information and considerations on what you can think about early to tailor your practice for sale.
As a Seller, it’s typical and expected that a Seller views a sale from a Seller’s perspective. What we intend to deliver from our session is information and considerations from a Buyer’s perspective. Knowing what Buyer’s are looking for will help you maximize the value of your practice, and maximize the amount of interested Buyers your practice will receive when the ‘For Sale’ sign eventually goes up.
Buyers will also be very interested in our session as we look at the overall selling process and what to expect all along the way from initial listing through marketing, the Buyer Phase, offers and negotiation, acceptance, transition planning, closing, and ultimately transition of the practice to the new owner.
