Entrepreneur, Bookkeeper, Accountant, and Signal Operations CEO, Erika Dowell (she/her), brings over a decade of experience in bookkeeping, and business operations: everything from basic bookkeeping to payroll to full-cycle accounting and business coaching.

Erika graduated from Olds College with a Business Administration Diploma and completed her B.Comm in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University shortly after. After working with a couple tech companies and a restaurant, she ventured out on her own and has grown her business over the last 4.5 years. She currently has three employees working along side her.

For fun, you'll find her walking around her city - 16km in a day sometimes - building puzzles or enjoying her recently built speakeasy.

Currently based in Halifax (Kjipuktuk (che-book-took)) Erika acknowledges that she resides and works in Mi’kma’ki (mik·mak-ee), the ancestral and unceded territory of the Mi’kmaq (mik·mak) People
