Jane Helbrecht is a leadership development and people & culture expert with over 15 years of experience in training and HR roles. At Uplift, she focuses on building leadership development programs that shift team dynamics so that teams can focus, get stuff done and have fun while they do it. She is a certified leadership coach and a CPHR.

Jane recently delivered her first TEDx Talk which will be published through the TED organization later this year. She currently sits on the board of the Women’s Enterprise Centre of Manitoba and is on the Campaign Cabinet for the United Way of Winnipeg
