Leigh is a digital identity evangelist with expertise in remote trust, verified credentials, facial biometrics and regulatory compliance. Leigh is active in the Digital Identity and Authentication Council of Canada (DIACC) where he chairs the Adoption Expert Committee and helps develop the Pan Canadian Trust Framework (PCTF). He sits on committees with the Canadian Lenders Association (CLA), Canadian Finance and Leasing Association (CFLA), and consults for various digital identity vendors including Yoti and iProov.
