This session will explore how cloud bookkeeping firms are valued and what factors are important in building one’s firm. We will discuss building both internal and external value in scaling a firm and tackle questions such as: How does my firm compare to others? Am I making business decisions on correct assumptions? What will my practice look like in the future? Am I missing out on opportunities? What will the value of my practice be if I ever want to sell? We will also discuss the current market for firms and what to do when a buyer comes calling

- Helping firm owners to become purposeful in growing their firms.
- Understanding what brings internal (operational) value and external (sale) value. What makes a firm valuable to run, typically makes it valuable to sell.
- With buyers continually entering the market, prospective sellers need tools to navigate whether they should sell, to whom they should sell, and what a transaction can actually look like.
- This session is all about equipping firm owners with the tools they need to give them real, effective and valuable operational and sale options.
