This session will go over what Human-Centric leadership is, how it's used at KATA, and provide some ideas that others can adapt to their businesses to help bring employees up and foster an open, trusting and collaborative environment. This subject was proposed by the KATA team. As such, I'd like to involve them (or at least a set of them) in the presentation.

• Learn what human-centric leadership is. 
• How human-centric leadership can be applied while still being productive. 
• How to build a remote culture so the team doesn't feel alone even though they are working from home.
