Rachel Devine is the owner of On Track Bookkeeping Solutions Ltd., a full-cycle bookkeeping and payroll firm based in Mission, BC. A Certified Professional Bookkeeper, she is known for her passion for clean books, strong systems, and compliance done right.
Rachel received CPB Canada’s 2024 Professional Leader of the Year Award and was named a Top International ProAdvisor for 2024 by Insightful Accountant. She serves as a Director with CPB Canada and as Regional Network Chair for the Fraser Valley and Langley region.
She is also a mentor to bookkeepers and business owners and volunteers with Community Futures North Fraser. Outside of work, Rachel enjoys great coffee, camping, hiking with her dogs Willow and Bo, and spending time with her family.
