                                                    Alicia Wight is a coach, facilitator, and leader dedicated to helping others grow through authentic connection, thoughtful leadership, and practical insight. With a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation, Alicia brings deep expertise in leadership development, team dynamics, and organizational change across diverse fields.
As co-founder of Pebble, she collaborates with leaders from various industries to create leadership experiences that drive impactful change and strengthen organizational performance. Previously, in her role as Interim Executive Director for Canada Bobsleigh Skeleton, Alicia led the organization through significant financial challenges and complex restructuring to support a new phase of growth. Her career also includes leadership roles at ENMAX and the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, where she focused on enhancing leadership alignment, team effectiveness, and employee experience with an emphasis on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
Alicia holds a Master’s in Adult and Workplace Learning from the University of Calgary, a Bachelor of Education, and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Windsor. Certified in Executive Coaching and Change Management, she blends practical coaching approaches with deep curiosity, creating environments where people feel supported in achieving their full potential. Alicia’s lifelong love for learning and teamwork is rooted in her early years of playing soccer, basketball, rugby, and skiing.
