In this session we will look at the communication breakdowns that often appear in our accounting world with each other and with clients. We'll address some sensitive topics such as racism, sexism, ageism, and more. There will be roleplay scenarios taken from real-life examples from other CPB Canada members. Attendee discretion is advised due to the sensitivity of the topics that some people may find offensive. We will be having a certified HR Consultant that has experience with Equity, Diversity & Inclusion moderating our session. Attendance at this session will require you to scan a QR code when you enter the session to read and accept a disclaimer about the content we plan to discuss. Although we feel this topic is important, your well-being during the session remains a priority for CPB Canada, the speakers and our moderator.
