Registration
The Full Conference Pass covers admission to all educational sessions, appetizers during the opening reception on Tuesday, daily breakfasts and lunches Wednesday through Friday, and a full sit-down meal during the CPB Canada Social on Thursday evening. Post-event access to all session recordings is also included.
The first 250 in-person Full Conference registrants will receive a delegate "swag" bag.
A Single Day Pass covers admission to educational sessions and breakfast and lunch on one day only (Wednesday or Thursday). Tickets to the Opening Reception and the CPB Canada Social can be purchased separately.
Day passes are offered to in-person registrants only and do not include post-event access to session recordings.
The Virtual Lite pass provides over 30 hours of educational content to watch live or later on-demand. Each virtual attendee will receive a robust and fulsome educational experience of curated content with lots of continuing professional development (CPD) units to meet your annual requirements.
Registering for the Virtual Lite pass gives you access to the following:

Access to 2 live-streamed Keynote sessions, plus 2 Plenary sessions and 20 Breakout sessions, including Q&A participation.

10-12 additional recorded sessions, available on-demand post-event.

In total, potential for over 30 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) units.

Networking: Participate in a chat room to connect with other virtual attendees.

Accessibility, Meals & Attire
Included in your Full Conference Pass are appetizers during the Opening Reception on Tuesday, daily breakfasts and lunches Wednesday - Friday, and a full sit-down meal during the CPB Canada Social on Thursday evening. Any food outside of those listed must be purchased. However, there may be social events in the evening run by sponsors that usually include free appetizers, but this is not guaranteed.
Day Passes include breakfast and lunch on the day only. Tickets to the Opening Reception and the CPB Canada Social can be purchased separately.
The theme is From the Red to the Black. The dress code for this evening is semi-formal. In keeping with the theme of the evening, feel free to come dressed in red or black, or both!
It's suggested to dress in business casual attire and bring a sweater or light jacket as the meeting rooms can get chilly, as well as the late summer evenings. Bring comfy walking shoes if you wish to explore the city.
Yes, all meals will have nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian and vegan options.
If you have a severe allergy, please indicate this on your registration form so that the venue can be notified ahead of time. Your meals will then be prepared and delivered separately.
All sessions will be presented in English. Translation services are not being offered.

Yes, Tourism Winnipeg has sponsored our conference and provided delegate discounts! The Flash Your Badge program grants delegates and one guest access to discounts and special offers at participating attractions, tours, and restaurants.
Show your IGNITE 2024 registration receipt as proof of registration for the conference instead of showing your conference badge.
Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Units
Up to 16 CPD units can be earned by attending IGNITE 2024, either in-person or online. Full conference pass-holders can also choose to watch recorded sessions on-demand for up to 6 months after the conference; and earn over 35 additional CPD units.

Please refer to the IGNITE Program for details on how many CPD units are issued for each session.
CPD units will be provided for all plenary and concurrent sessions, the pre-conference workshop and the opening and closing keynotes. No CPD units will be given for attending app demos.
Make sure to have your badge scanned by a conference volunteer on your way out of each session. All CPD units will be uploaded to your CPB Canada Member Account by staff within two weeks post-conference. Please do not submit the CPD units yourself, and please wait at least two weeks before contacting member services regarding any missing CPD units.
