Sponsorship and exhibitor invoices are payable upon receipt. All sponsorship and exhibitor commitments must be paid in full no later than July 10, 2024.

In the event of such cancellation or termination, the SPONSOR or EXHIBITOR waives any and all claims the SPONSOR or EXHIBITOR may have against CPB CANADA for damages and expenses and agrees to accept in complete settlement and discharge of all claims against CPB CANADA the SPONSOR'S or EXHIBITOR'S pro-rated share of the total amount paid by all SPONSORS or EXHIBITORS less all costs and expenses incurred by CPB CANADA in connection with the event including a reserve for future claims and expenses in connection therewith.

  5. EXHIBIT SPACE ASSIGNED: Following the exhibit space assignment to PRINCIPLE, PRESTIGE and MAJOR SPONSORS, exhibit spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis to the fully paid remaining levels of sponsors and then exhibitors.
