He began his career in corporate HR, spending nearly 15 years managing people, performance, and workplace risk before founding Rodney Employment Law and joining MaxPeople to provide integrated HR and legal solutions.
Jordan holds a law degree from the University of Western Ontario and a Master’s in Industrial Relations from Queen’s University. He advises organizations on employment agreements, terminations, accommodations, workplace investigations, and regulatory compliance.
